Why Beanvoice?
bean·voice / “bean” + “invoice” /
A bean is a small thing.
So is this app. On purpose.
We took a little bean and a little inspiration from “invoice.” Put them together, and you get Beanvoice. Familiar on the tongue. A little more personality on the page.
The bean stands for small, simple, and lightweight. One little app, focused on doing invoicing well. Because running a small business is already a big enough job.

Who is Beanvoice for?+
Freelancers, side projects, and small businesses that want a simple way to create invoices and track payments. It started as a tool for personal business use.
Does it send invoices or collect payments?+
You download the invoice PDF and send it yourself. Payments happen through your own bank or usual payment method; Beanvoice helps you record them and track what’s still due.
Can I use it for more than one company?+
Yes. Each company has its own logo, invoice numbering and bank details, with a shared customer directory.
Can I sign up right now?+
Not yet. Beanvoice is currently a private workspace. We’re keeping it small and getting the everyday details right before opening it up.
